In most cases to diagnose a issue with any device it takes about 30 minutes up to 1 hour, which in most cases include disassembly of said device. If you do not go forward with the repair I charge a fee for the time. If you decide to go forward with the repair, well then the fee is waived and you only pay for the repair itself. In some cases the fee is completely waved, but this is at Crash Overrides discretion.
